Cornerstone seeks a Concierge Supervisor to oversee the transportation, courtesy office, and concierge team. This position will report to the Executive Assistant. The two front desks in the community serve as the communication focal point. The Concierge Supervisor will ensure both coverage of the areas and the highest level of hospitality. Concierge's will be managing phone calls, greeting visitors, providing community information, managing resident transportation and outing schedules, mail services, deliveries, clerical support and assisting residents with requests.

Requirements

Ability to give outstanding customer service and to project a friendly courteous personality towards residents, guests and co-workers
MS Office experience
Multi-tasking skills
Stable employment background

Responsibilities
