What You'll Do: As a Health Concierge Specialist , you will become an expert in Drug & Health Services within our Clinical Concierge Team. You'll work directly with clients to manage and support drug and occupational health programs, coordinate and schedule services for candidates, and assist them throughout the process. Responsible for effectively communicating with internal and external teams to ensure smooth, efficient experience. This role requires a proactive, customer focused approach, where you will play a key part in providing exceptional serve and support to clients and candidates alike. This is a fully remote position (Work from Home) based in the United States. Shift: Monday-Friday 11:30am - 8:00pm EST

Requirements

  • Customer focused attitude and mentality with attention to details
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Searches, Database Lookups)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities accuracy
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities using time management and organization skills
  • The skills to work independently to follow directions as established by company or customer
  • Are energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Collaborative team player, comfortable working with diverse individuals both locally and remotely
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in a related field or 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Have 1-year Client Service/Support experience
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Be the dedicated point of contact for a client and their candidates needing assistance on Drug and Occupational Health screening requests
  • Understand candidate needs and provide them with tailored solutions by researching and calling collection sites and clinics
  • Facilitate calls, send emails, texts, or use Salesforce to answer all internal/external inquiries
  • Register applicants for appropriate services and ensure successful completion of those services.
  • Data entry of laboratory results, physical examinations and breath alcohol tests
  • Troubleshooting technical issues related to drug order fulfillment and operations
