About The Position

As a Concierge, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our community. Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting visitors, answering phones, sorting mail, and handling correspondence, all while adhering to federal and state regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• At least one year of front desk/reception related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of typing, filing, and use of office equipment.
• Understanding of resident rights and confidentiality.
• Ability to meet the public and answer questions effectively.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, families, and residents.
• Answer the telephone promptly and provide information as required.
• Sort and distribute mail to appropriate departments.
• Type and file correspondence and other information as needed.
• Adhere to and interpret resident's rights and personnel policies.
• Use office equipment such as computers, calculators, and copy machines.
• Express concern and compassion for residents and families.
• Escort visitors to resident's suites and other areas as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
