About The Position

As a Concierge in our Senior Living Community, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting visitors, answering phones, sorting mail, and handling correspondence. You will be expected to carry out your duties in accordance with federal and state regulations as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least one year of front desk/reception related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of typing, filing, and use of office equipment.
• Understanding of resident rights and confidentiality.
• Ability to meet the public and answer questions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, families, and residents.
• Answer the telephone and provide information or take messages as required.
• Sort and distribute mail to appropriate departments.
• Type and file correspondence and other information as needed.
• Adhere to and interpret resident's rights and personnel policies.
• Use office equipment such as computers, calculators, and copy machines.
• Express concern and compassion for residents and families.
• Escort visitors to resident's suites and other areas as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
