About The Position

As a Concierge in our Senior Living Community, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors, families, and residents. Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting visitors, answering phones, sorting mail, and handling correspondence. This position requires a commitment to adhering to federal and state regulations as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least one year of front desk/reception related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of typing, filing, and use of office equipment.
• Understanding of resident rights and confidentiality.
• Ability to meet the public and answer questions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, families, and residents.
• Answer the telephone and provide information as required.
• Sort and distribute mail to appropriate departments.
• Type and file correspondence and other information as needed.
• Adhere to and interpret resident's rights and personnel policies.
• Use office equipment such as computers, calculators, and copy machines.
• Express concern and compassion for residents and families.
• Escort visitors to resident's suites and other areas as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
