About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a part-time Concierge Security Officer. In this role, your ability to build meaningful connections is crucial. You will be working in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, where customer service is a high priority. The position is based in Aurora, CO, with a set schedule of Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Have a state guard license if required

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs

• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
