About The Position

Responsible for monitoring CCTV systems, conducting foot and vehicle patrols, and responding promptly via radio communications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, accurate report writing, high integrity, vigilance, and a helpful, service-oriented attitude. Candidates must provide exceptional customer service, be technologically proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook), and be physically able to walk, sit, and stand for extended periods. This position is based at the client’s U.S. headquarters and requires a high level of professionalism. Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. Requirements

Must possess current CPR and AED certification and hold a valid Michigan Driver’s License.
Must have excellent Customer Service skills
Security positions require you pass our drug screen and background check
Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard
