HIRING IMMEDIATELY Sunstates Security is currently hiring for a Full-Time Concierge Security Officer in the Raleigh, North Carolina area. We have Monday - Friday available on 1st shift (days and hours can vary depending on operational needs)! This position offers a pay rate of $18.87/hr - paid weekly . The Concierge Security Officer must have excellent customer service and excellent communication skills. They must be able to multitask and complete all assigned patrols

Requirements

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
A valid NC PPS (Private Protection Service) card is a plus.
Customer service experience with a reception/lobby is a plus.
Physical security experience with access control software is preferred.
Knowledge of Windows 11, Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, etcetera).
Must be reliable and open to new tasks as the client's needs evolve.
Must be self-motivated and detail orientated.
Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
