About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer. In this role, your ability to build meaningful connections is crucial. You will engage with others to reassure and inspire confidence, focusing heavily on customer service while working in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The position offers two shifts: Shift 1 from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Thursday to Sunday (32 hours per week) and Shift 2 from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Monday through Friday (40 hours per week).

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Have a state license if required

• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
