About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring security systems, documenting incidents, and ensuring the safety of the premises. Your keen observation skills and attention to detail will be crucial as you work in environments such as security operations centers and call centers. This is a full-time position with a set schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, located in Sparrows Point, MD. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $25.81, with DailyPay available for employees. Requirements

  • Be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
  • Pass an extensive screening process
  • Strong report writing skills
  • Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
  • Strong proficiency with technology
  • 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in security, military, logistics, or facility management
  • Valid driver's license
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Prior experience managing large-scale security operations at logistics, warehouse, or distribution centers
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, security software (WinTeam), and training platforms (LMS/Vector)
  • Emergency response and incident command experience

Responsibilities

  • Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
  • Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
  • Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
  • Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
  • Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
  • Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
  • Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
  • Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
  • Work a minimum of 8 hours in each frontline post every 6 months
  • Participate in quarterly service reviews and performance reporting with the client
  • Perform monthly training audits and submit results to the Regional Training Manager
  • Monitor scheduling, staffing levels, and overtime to ensure budget compliance
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and certification of new hires at the site
  • Implement incident escalation protocols and ensure timely, accurate reporting
  • Conduct regular post inspections, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions
  • Ensure all personnel files, training records, and compliance trackers are current and audit ready
  • Lead, train, and support all site-level Security Officers and Supervisors
