About The Position

Renewal by Andersen (RbA) has an exciting opportunity for a Concierge Retail Service Representative to join our team in Jessup, MD! The Concierge Retail Service Representative (RSR) role will provide Signature Service by being a single point of contact for the homeowner. The Concierge RSR will partner with Sales Representatives to provide a customized level of communication with every homeowner. We are looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative candidate to help perfect our customer’s experience in upgrading their homes.

Requirements

• 1+ years customer service experience
• Solid and accurate data entry skills
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Competency in Microsoft Office software
• High attention to detail and organization abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage simultaneous tasks

Responsibilities

• Provide Signature Service customer service to homeowners
• Create and maintain homeowners’ job files
• Schedule homeowners’ technical measure, installation date, and reminder calls
• Work with sales representatives to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs in progress
• Send out the post installation survey and resolve any post-installation situations
