About The Position

As a Concierge RN, you will provide elite, one on one clinical care tailored to the unique needs, lifestyles, and preferences of high-net-worth clients who expect the highest standards of professionalism and service. Your role will include: Clinical Excellence & Direct Care Comprehensive nursing assessments and continuous monitoring of client health status. Medication management, injections, wound care, chronic disease support, and/or postoperative recovery oversight. Coordination of care with physicians, specialists, and family office representatives as needed. Concierge Level Service & Support Developing personalized care plans that reflect the client’s clinical needs and lifestyle expectations. Providing white glove service with poise, discretion, and impeccable communication. Escorting or accompanying clients to medical appointments, wellness treatments, or high priority engagements. Serving as a trusted clinical advisor to clients and their families, offering clarity, reassurance, and proactive guidance. Relationship Driven Engagement Building rapport in a manner consistent with luxury service standards. Anticipating client needs and delivering care with refinement, professionalism, and warmth. Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience, preferably in private duty, concierge medicine, home health, hospice, or acute care.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills suitable for working with affluent clientele and high expectation families.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times.
  • Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record for travel throughout Singer Island and surrounding communities.
  • CPR/BLS certification required
  • Must pass comprehensive background screening, drug testing, and reference verification.
