About The Position

Join our team and grow with us both professionally and personally! Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Receptionist position. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and transferring phone calls, greeting and directing visitors, scheduling appointments, and coordinating reservations for the guest suites. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, submitting maintenance work orders, meter outgoing mail, sorting and distributing mail, and a variety of clerical duties including typing, filing, copying, and record keeping.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of equivalent experience
