Foothills Retirement Community is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Concierge to join our team to create a warm hospitality experience for all our residents, staff and visitors. In this position, you will enjoy working with a passionate team to provide quality service throughout our community.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and families in a warm and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
• Provide information about the community and its amenities
• Assist with scheduling appointments and transportation for residents
• Handle resident inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
