About The Position

The Concierge provides Mayo Clinic domestic and international patients with assistance in accessing non-medical resources within the medical center and the Rochester community. Responsible for effectively analyzing patient needs and organizing, assembling and arranging resources to address patient inquiries.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven customer service skills/training.
• Knowledge of computers and general medical center patient information systems.
• Ability to demonstrate proper telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Two years' experience in electronic customer communication and customer relations management databases.

Nice To Haves

• Second language skills preferred.
