Requirements

  • 3 years or more in Customer Service or similar industry experience
  • Customer service ability
  • Ability to confront difficult resident issues
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Punctuality and dependability essential

Responsibilities

  • Provide residents with experiences that will be remembered and with the highest level of responsiveness.
  • Project approachable and professional image in personal appearance, mannerisms, and demeanor.
  • Prepare building and models for showing by completing model check list, moving golf cart to multistory as first duty each morning.
  • Stock and inventory coffee, water and supplies in café first of each morning, mid-day and prior to clocking out.
  • Walk common areas of building to ensure areas are show ready and tidy. Note any area that need immediate attention for housekeeping that day.
  • Attend front desk at all times, while answering phones, messages, directing calls to appropriate departments, accepting packages, checking in visitors.
  • Manage forms for maintenance, concierge request, and transportation and guest suite requests.
  • Manage all resident activity and event signup and convey to Activity Coordinator.
  • Provide prompt attention to residents’ complaints, questions and concerns or direct to Property Manager if you cannot resolve.
  • Arrange for, suggest, recommend, book and or confirm deliverable services that may include, but not limited to purchasing gifts, tickets, dry cleaning and other errands.
  • Assist and participate in resident functions by working under the direction of Activity Coordinator and or Community Relations Liaison.
  • Be knowledgeable of local current events and or research, venues and locations. (concerts, theater, sporting events, special events, and more)
  • Provide administrative assistance with resident files as requested by Property Manager.
  • Assist with package deliveries, deliver resident meals daily.
  • Participate in daily stand up meetings.
