About The Position

The Resident Concierge helps to check in and check out guests in corporate apartments, maintain vendor relationships, and handle all customer service issues.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License and reliable private transportation
Minimum two years of progressively responsible sales related experience
Demonstrated excellence in producing promotional materials

Responsibilities

Walk all apartments prior to check in and check out and assess damages
Ensure all apartments meet company standards
Coordinate housekeeping schedule weekly
Oversee key check in and check out for large client groups
Clean, repair, replace broken items and house wares in apartments when needed
Report maintenance issues or items needed in units
Deliver miscellaneous items to customers
Develop and maintain on-site relationships with customers, clients, and vendors
Daily communication with staff and flexibility for last minute changes needed
Inspect each unit and take a complete inventory just prior to resident's scheduled move in.
. Conduct monthly housewares inventory 1x monthly
Represents the Company in a professional manner at all times.
Consistently maintains a professional courteous attitude when dealing with residents, coworkers and the general public
Help residents obtain their packages in the parcel closet and log appropriately

Sign in package from delivery services
Manage ammentiy resercations
Provice information to resiences upon requests for, but not limited to, dining, transportation, dry cleaning, pet sitters, directions etc.
