About The Position

As an M Club Concierge Attendant, you play a key role in providing exceptional guest service while supporting the hotel's financial and operational goals for the Concierge Club. You will maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment while delivering attentive and personalized service to all guests. This industry operates seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day. Regular attendance, in accordance with company standards, is essential for success.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Computer skills required; hotel systems experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the English language with the ability to maintain a polished, professional, customer-focused demeanor.
  • Food Handlers Card is required
  • Ability to lift and transport at least 25 pounds.
  • Ability to push/pull carts and other equipment up to 100 pounds.
  • Ability to perform a range of physical movements throughout work areas.
  • Ability to work in varying temperature conditions and noise levels, indoors and outdoors.
  • Ability to stand and move at a steady pace for up to 8 hours.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards; anticipate needs, assist guests with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
  • Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service quality, safety, and overall guest well-being.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, bar unit, tables, and surrounding areas.
  • Stock ice, glassware, and supplies as needed.
  • Forecast additional meal requirements and communicate special requests to the kitchen team.
  • Requisition and transport supplies from the storeroom to the lounge setup areas.
  • Ensure the lounge area remains clean, tidy, and free of trash at all times.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction; communicate effectively with both guests and team members while maintaining guest confidentiality.
  • Stay knowledgeable about local attractions, activities, and points of interest to respond accurately to guest inquiries.
