About The Position
Park Place of Elmhurst is an elegant five-star community conveniently located across the street from Edward Elmhurst hospital. Here at Park Place of Elmhurst, we offer a continuum of care with the security of lifecare. Our residents also have access to assisted living, short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and memory support right on campus. We are seeking part-time concierge to support carrying out our mission to deliver quality care to our residents! The primary purpose of the Concierge is to direct the day-to-day functions of new admissions to the facility and work hand in hand with the admissions team. This position also encompasses the role of customer service and welcomes every resident, visitor/family members. Further, The Concierge is responsible to assure the resident and family members experience total satisfaction.
