About The Position

As Concierge for Mandalay Bay, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your ability to swiftly adapt to booking systems and software, combined with your commitment to delivering exceptional guest service will set the stage for the memories guests can carry with them well past their stay with us. In a collaboration of team efforts, you will efficiently manage guest requests, actively promote, and upsell venues and offerings, and assist with check-ins and check-outs.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Has a high school diploma, GED or equivalent educational experience
• Has a strong administrative background and is highly skilled at adapting to various software systems

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and upsell MGM Resorts' venues and services
• Efficiently process all guest requests received through calls, front facing experiences, text, email, or fax
• Handle multiple tasks across multiple operating systems simultaneously to meet guest needs
• Stay informed about policies and procedures across various departments to facilitate accurate and efficient bookings
• Perform guest check-ins and check-outs as needed and coordinate pre-arrival, transportation and additional assistance to VIP guests
