About The Position

Together We CAN! The Concierge Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the Security, Transportation, and Reception teams within our retirement community. This role ensures a welcoming, safe, and service-oriented environment for residents, families, guests, and staff. The Concierge Manager sets the standard for hospitality, safety, professionalism, and operational excellence across all front-facing and support services.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid NC drivers license
Must be at least 21 years old
Desire to serve senior adults
Strong leadership, communication and conflict resolution skills
Ability to multitask and respond calmly in emergency situations

Nice To Haves

Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
Experience overseeing security or transportation operations strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Supervise, schedule and evaluate security, transportation and reception personnel
Address resident and family concerns related to front desk, transportation or security services
Ensure community safety protocols and emergency procedures are properly implemented
Oversee incident reporting and follow-up investigations
Oversee scheduling and coordination of resident transportation services
Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and monitor training and safe driving practices
Manage departmental budgets and maintain accurate records, schedules and reports
Participate in leadership meetings and strategic planning initiatives
