About The Position

The Part-time Concierge at Kensington Place is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and enhancing their overall experience. This role involves a variety of tasks including answering inquiries, making reservations, and managing guest requests, all while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. The position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves guests by providing information and services.
• Identifies and clarifies guest needs and desires; answers questions; answers phones, gives directions and instructions.
• Makes arrangements and reservations for dining, tours, travel, entertainment, accommodations, and other services as requested.
• Anticipates services required by guests by ascertaining their mood and style.
• Obtains and evaluates guest observations, opinions, and criticisms to improve services.
• Maintains guest privacy and organization reputation by keeping information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks.
• Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
