About The Position

A premier physician-owned, membership-based practice is seeking one or two highly skilled, dedicated, and Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physicians. The practice focuses on delivering personalized, evidence-based care with an emphasis on prevention, early detection, and long-term wellness for a limited panel of engaged patients. This full-time, outpatient-only position offers unhurried appointments, allowing physicians time to connect, educate, and provide high-touch, relationship-driven care.

Requirements

• MD or DO, Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Preferably at least 3 years of outpatient primary care experience.
• Ability to relocate to Boca Raton, FL (Required).
• Commitment to high-touch, patient-centered medicine
• Exceptional communication skills and bedside manner

• Tech-savvy
