About The Position

As a Concierge, you will create incredible memories for guests by providing them with information about local events and attractions. You will build local contacts and stay informed about happenings in the area to enhance the guest experience. Your role will involve recommending activities and amenities, ensuring the Concierge lounge is inviting and clean, and providing food and beverage services while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Requirements

• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• Previous experience as a Concierge or with local events.
• Proven customer service skills, resourcefulness, and creativity.
• Strong verbal and written business communication skills.
• Ability to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
