About The Position
The Concierge at Hope Lodge is the frontline ambassador for our guests, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their comfort and satisfaction during their stay. Responsible for managing the front desk operations, the Concierge's dedication to customer service, attention to detail and ability to multitask contributes to creating a positive and welcoming environment for our guests. The schedule for this role is 4:00pm - 8:00pm, Sunday - Thursday at $19.54 per hour. This role is fully benefits eligible and eligible for additional shift differential pay due to hours outside of the day shift.
