The Concierge at Hope Lodge is the frontline ambassador for our guests, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their comfort and satisfaction during their stay. Responsible for managing the front desk operations, the Concierge's dedication to customer service, attention to detail and ability to multitask contributes to creating a positive and welcoming environment for our guests. The schedule for this role is 7:30am - 4:00pm, Sunday - Wednesday at $18.59 per hour. This role includes full benefits and is eligible for additional shift differential pay (15%) for hours worked on Sunday.
