About The Position

As a Concierge at Caesars Palace, you will provide five-star hotel-quality concierge services, ensuring that guests have an unforgettable experience. Your role will involve proactively anticipating the needs of guests, allowing you to offer solutions before they are even requested. You will personalize the delivery of services to meet the specific needs of each guest, reminding them of scheduled events and appointments. Your primary goal is to provide the highest level of responsiveness and personal service, which may include making restaurant reservations, arranging recreational activities, and fulfilling various guest requests such as floral orders and shoe shines. In addition to these tasks, you will be responsible for providing guests with maps, literature, and other materials to enhance their stay. You will arrange, suggest, recommend, book, and confirm services that may include purchasing gifts, securing premium tickets, and handling dry cleaning and other errands. It is essential to project an approachable and professional image in your personal appearance, manner, and demeanor while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will also be tasked with addressing guest complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions promptly and positively, ensuring quality assurance follow-up. Acknowledging and greeting all guests with courtesy and urgency is crucial, as is maintaining a consistent presence at your work station. You may also participate in hotel functions as directed and will need to use professional telephone etiquette when handling internal and external guest requests. Knowledge of local restaurants, spas, attractions, and events is vital to assist guests effectively. Additionally, you will assist with VIP Agent functions, package deliveries, and maintain an electronic guest database with updates on guest preferences and special dates.
