Come work at Mystic Lake Casino's Mall of America Store! As a Concierge Coordinator, you will provide superior guest service to all guests, both in person and over the phone. This part-time opportunity allows you to enjoy weekly pay and growth opportunities. The position is located in Bloomington, MN at our Mall of America store, with a pay rate of $16.00-$16.75/hour based on experience. The shift is flexible, with hours available Monday through Sunday anytime between 10am-9pm, requiring 4-8 hour shifts and a total of 14-20 hours per week. In this role, you will be responsible for providing concierge services that coordinate all aspects of a guest's visit to the Gaming Enterprise. This includes arranging transportation through our bus program and special transportation arrangements as necessary, handling ticket purchases, making hotel reservations, and creating trip itineraries. You will also be responsible for the sale of gift cards and event tickets via Ticketmaster, promoting all promotional activities scheduled at the casino, and answering any questions guests may have.
