Requirements

Responsibilities

• Courteously greets visitors, providing an exceptional first impression.
• Provide information regarding the tastings offered, tasting fees, and answer questions regarding the winery, family history, and surrounding area.
• Assist guests in making reservations over the phone and direct calls within the tasting room.
• Actively remain aware of tasting room guest count, ensuring large unscheduled groups are handled on a basis of availability and guest wellbeing.
• Support retail sales team by managing guest entry into the tasting room.
• Maintain and organize retail merchandise and support retail team in maintaining clean bars, including glassware as needed.
• Maintain an open line of communication with the sales team as well as the Tasting Room Manager.
