Concierge Associate, Luxury Residence (Full-Time) – The Carlyle
About The Position
Action Property Management is seeking an exceptional individual to join our elite team as a Full-Time Concierge Associate at our prestigious luxury high-rise, The Carlyle, located in Westwood. As the face of The Carlyle, you will play a pivotal role in curating an exceptional experience for residents and guests, setting the tone for every interaction and ensuring all who enter feel welcomed and valued. We are looking for a confident, polished, and personable professional who genuinely cares about people and consistently leaves a lasting, positive impression.
Requirements
- Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- At least 1 year of hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining experience
- Must be willing to valet and be cross-trained in all front-of-house functions
- Valid California Driverâs License required
- Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
- Upbeat, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong judgment with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Proactive approach to customer service
Nice To Haves
- Hospitality Management college students or recent graduates are highly desired
Responsibilities
- Serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors entering the lobby or contacting the Association
- Greeting individuals, answering phones, and managing front desk responsibilities
- Maintain a working knowledge of the Associationâs rules, policies, procedures, amenities, and surrounding area in order to effectively assist residents and their guests
- Assist with Door Host and Valet coverage as needed
- Cross-training across front desk, door host, and valet operations
