Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year experience as a Leasing Consultant or Concierge in the Multi-Family Industry or related field.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to address the needs of community members.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of state law as it relates to Fair Housing regulations.
• Preferred knowledge of Entrata software.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to residents and guests.
• Communicate effectively with community members, guests, visitors, and team members.
• Address and communicate concerns of the community with leadership.
• Maintain a professional appearance in line with company image.
• Serve as a role model by adhering to all policies and procedures.
• Complete all assigned work in a prompt and professional manner.
• Provide clerical and phone support as needed.
• Remove trash from lobby, amenity areas, and other community spaces daily.
• Assist community team and perform assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Maintain a calendar of scheduled move-ins and move-outs, ensuring freight elevator reservations are up to date.
• Resolve resident complaints and direct issues to community leadership.
• Manage incoming and outgoing packages for all carriers.
