About The Position

The Concierge at A.M. Battle House Hotel and Spa is responsible for providing exceptional guest services to Platinum and Gold Marriott Rewards members and hotel VIPs. This part-time role focuses on maintaining a welcoming and clean club lounge, ensuring high standards of service, and addressing guest needs promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and hospitable club lounge for guests.
• Ensure compliance with standards for serving food and beverages.
• Demonstrate proficiency in PMS, Guestware, and Front Office SOPs.
• Greet and welcome every guest using the 15/5 Rule.
• Identify and address guest needs and solve problems.
• Build rapport with repeat guests to meet their preferences.
• Report, resolve, track, and follow up on guest issues.
• Stay informed about incoming groups and hotel facilities.
• Solicit feedback from guests through comment cards.
• Ensure a positive first impression through personal and lounge appearance.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by Supervisor/Manager.
