You will serve as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors while also supporting access control, light building maintenance, and general safety awareness. Requirements

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure
Comfortable using basic computer systems (email, data entry, visitor management tools)
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods; light lifting if necessary

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist all employees, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy
Issue visitor badges and manage access logs using electronic or manual systems
Answer phones and respond to general inquiries or direct them to appropriate personnel
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk or lobby area
Monitor entrances and common areas to ensure a safe and secure environment
Enforce building access policies and report any suspicious or unauthorized activity
Conduct regular walk-throughs of the lobby, restrooms, and common areas
Assist in emergency procedures, including evacuations or lockdowns if necessary
Identify and report maintenance or cleanliness issues (e.g., spills, lighting, HVAC concerns)
Coordinate with janitorial or facilities teams for timely issue resolution
Ensure public areas are presentable and functioning throughout the shift
Log incidents, maintenance requests, and visitor activity as needed
