About The Position
The main responsibility of concessions is to maintain a friendly and professional concession area at all times, using excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- To display a friendly, courteous attitude towards the public at all times
- Be in proper dress attire
- To understand and adhere to all duties and regulations which apply to concessions
- Must wear gloves when handling food
- Keep countertops, tables, etc. clean at all times
- Sweep and mop concessions area floor every night
- Wrap all food IF appropriate
- Restock all items for the next day
- Clean all food machines
- Wipe down pop machine and clean injectors
- Wash, dry, and replace all dishes and utensils
- Make note of any item that is running low
- Empty all trash cans in concessions area
- Take trash out to outside dumpsters
- Have a manager or leader deemed by the manager verify and sign-off on cleaning duties
