Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with POS systems (Shift4 or Appetize) is a plus. We’re also looking for someone comfortable with mobile apps for work. Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
2+ years in food and beverage operations (bonus points for experience in a supervisory role!).
You know how to motivate a team and create a positive, customer-focused environment.
Familiarity with POS systems (Shift4 or Appetize) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of bartenders and cashiers ensuring everyone is on track to meet our venue’s high standards.
Oversee opening, closing, setup, and breakdown of multiple concession locations.
Stay on top of all the details, including managing POS systems and assisting with cashier voids and inventory transfers
Keep track of inventory levels to avoid shortages, reduce waste, and ensure we’re financially on point.
Help create a fun, friendly, and efficient environment for guests by ensuring we’re delivering top-notch service.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints with a smile, and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure food and beverage items are top quality and meet health and safety standards.
Keep your team informed about event details (gate times, intermissions, last call), and work closely with venue management to ensure seamless operations.
