About The Position

The Concession Worker position greets guests in a friendly and professional manner. They prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash/credit transactions accurately This role will pay an hourly rate of $10.00-$12.00 and is tip eligible Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline

Requirements

Prior food service or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and courteously
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently
Prepare, package, and serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety regulations
Operate cash registers, handle cash and credit card transactions, and provide correct change
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized concession stand at all times
Restock products and supplies as needed during and after events
Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures as required by company and health department standards
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or equipment issues to supervisors
Assist with the setup and teardown of concession stands before and after events
Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Handle customer questions, concerns, or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Comply with uniform and appearance standards
