Colorado Springs Flea Market, the place to buy, sell, bargain, and enjoy a great family outing, is gearing up for our new season, and we’re excited to add Concessions Team Members to our team! We are currently hiring for the following concessions roles: Cook / Cashier – Cobb Stop Restaurant Cashier / Cook – Paco’s Tacos Stand Cashier – Freddie’s Café Cook – Freddie’s Café All positions start at $15.16 hourly. Requirements
- Dependable, reliable, and punctual
- Positive attitude with EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work outdoors
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Physically able to lift 5–10 lbs (ice buckets, drink bags, etc.)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must follow all company and department policies
Nice To Haves
- Spanish not required but a plus!
Responsibilities
- Cook hot and cold food items to order
- Prepare quality food that looks and tastes great
- Take customer orders and process sales transactions
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately
- Calculate and return change as needed
- Maintain clean and organized food and work areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and kitchen staff
- Correct incorrect orders when necessary
- Assist with inventory awareness, shortages, and special orders
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed
- Perform other duties as assigned in the concessions department
