The Concessions Supervisor position requires an individual to have supervisory skills, customer service skills, a positive attitude, and basic knowledge of food preparation. The supervisor will oversee all areas in preparing the location and area for day-to-day operations, be responsible for accurate accounting and all transactions, and assist with location inventory controls.
