About The Position

The Concessions Supervisor position requires an individual to have supervisory skills, customer service skills, a positive attitude, and basic knowledge of food preparation. The supervisor will oversee all areas in preparing the location and area for day-to-day operations, be responsible for accurate accounting and all transactions, and assist with location inventory controls.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Food Handler's Permit or ability to obtain one upon hire.
• Oklahoma ABLE Commission Liquor License or ability to obtain one upon hire.
• TIPS Training preferred.
• Basic working knowledge of food and beverage and food preparation.
• Basic math ability to accurately count and handle money.
• Must speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area.
• Ensure accurate cash handling procedures at all times.
• Follow rules and regulations of SMG Food & Beverage.
• Interact with customers and clients in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Ensure proper opening and closing of stand.
• Ensure inventory counts are accurate before, during, and after events.
• Maintain cleanliness in the stands and other work areas.
• Assign tasks to all other retail part-time employees.
• Ensure all employees are abiding by all policies and procedures.
• Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Participate in check-out procedures.
• Oversee pre and post-event tasks.
• Advise Retail F&B Managers when issues arise.
