THE ROLE Staten Island FerryHawks – SIUH Stadium is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Concessions Supervisor to join the team at one of Staten Island’s premier sports and entertainment venues, located along the scenic waterfront. This role plays a key part in delivering a positive and efficient fan experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations at concession stands and retail points throughout the stadium, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient workflows, and adherence to company standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain composed while managing teams during high-volume game days and events. Key responsibilities include supervising concession staff, monitoring transactions and cash handling procedures, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring all service areas are clean, organized, and fully operational. The Concessions Supervisor will work closely with management to optimize service efficiency, resolve guest concerns, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and customer service.
