About The Position

The Concession Stand Leader is r esponsible for leading the operations of a specific concession stand or kiosk to ensure exceptional customer service is provided to fans and appropriate inventory levels of product are maintained at the concession stand. The lead will also ensure team members are effectively trained, and concessions food and beverage guidelines are followed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must exhibit strong customer service skills at all times and maintain a neat appearance
Proven excellent communication skills
Must have ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee concession stand staff and daily operations, ensuring efficient product sales and proper maintenance of the stand or kiosk
Manage inventory levels in alignment with established management guidelines
Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations related to food handling, alcohol service, and safety protocols
Accurately process food and beverage orders at concession stands using cashless payment systems, ensuring all transactions follow established procedures
Perform operational tasks as needed to support the successful delivery of the concessions menu
Effective collaboration with volunteers, team members, and guests to meet service expectations
Assist with staff training and team development to promote a positive and productive work environment
