The Concession Stand Leader is r esponsible for leading the operations of a specific concession stand or kiosk to ensure exceptional customer service is provided to fans and appropriate inventory levels of product are maintained at the concession stand. The lead will also ensure team members are effectively trained, and concessions food and beverage guidelines are followed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
