About The Position

ASM Global has an excellent and immediate opening for Catering/Concession/Suite Staff for BMO Center and Coronado Theatre. The primary function of Catering/Concession/Suite Staff is to provide a high-quality service for banquets, concessions, and events.

Requirements

• Must have attention to detail.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills and understand instructions and guest requests.
• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment, managing competing demands, frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.

Responsibilities

• Serves food to guests with a high level of customer service.
• Must understand and practice the concept of teamwork.
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in all areas.
• Strive to provide guests with a memorable experience and exceed their expectations by anticipating their needs.
• Assist with preparation and set-up of event room when necessary.
• Establish and maintain positive client relationships.
• Ensure health codes are followed.
• Prepares food and beverage for customers.
• Follow all rules and regulations for serving alcohol.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Benefits
