The position is responsible for managing the front desk, concessions, and the maintenance of building and grounds. The individual must be capable of counting money and operating Point-Of-Sale (POS) software. Daily responsibilities include dispersing money, starting the POS system, overseeing operations at the concession and front desk, and supervising the Central Park Attendants. The role also involves creating the monthly schedule for the front desk and concessions, communicating weekly ordering needs for products and materials to the Central Park Manager, closing out shifts nightly, running required reports, and balancing and submitting funds to the Finance Office on a daily basis. Additional cleaning and other duties may be assigned as needed.
