The Concession Manager is responsible for overseeing the food and beverage staff at concessions, ensuring compliance with health and fire regulations, and maintaining stock levels based on prior sales history. This role involves training, scheduling, and supervising staff, as well as assisting in the daily operations of the concessions. The manager will also monitor the functionality of POS systems and ensure that all health codes and liquor laws are adhered to. Establishing and maintaining positive client relationships is also a key responsibility.
