The Concessions Manager is responsible for ensuring high standards of the guest experience, safety, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will be an experienced food and beverage leader that drives operational performance and execution. The role involves understanding all menus, product offerings, packaging and pricing, ensuring all concession areas have proper displays, executing all safety and sanitation standards, and providing operational planning to ensure appropriate scheduling levels are met, as well as products ordered to service each concession event. The Concessions Manager will build and maintain respectful relationships with clients and guests, respond to and assist in any departmental guest service issues, execute all menus and promotions as outlined by the Director of Operations/Director of Concession, follow and enforce responsible alcohol service policies, verify all opening and closing inventories, ensure required department reports are completed, and ensure assigned areas are fully stocked and ready for operation. Additionally, the role includes on-site training of the current POS system and concession equipment.
