About The Position
The Concessions Manager is responsible for overseeing the venue concessions operations, ensuring effective management of inventory, product ordering, employee training, cash controls, and compliance with service policies. This role requires high-level event oversight and operational support to maintain smooth operations within the Arena & Concessions Department. The Concessions Manager will mentor and supervise staff, manage employee relations, and ensure a positive work environment while maintaining high standards of guest service and operational efficiency.
