About The Position
The Fox Theatre in Atlanta is seeking a Full Time Concessions Manager. The Concessions Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of the concessions department at the Fox Theatre, ensuring an exceptional guest experience through high-quality food and beverage offerings, efficient service, and operational excellence. This role oversees all aspects of concessions, including staffing, inventory management, financial performance, compliance with health and safety standards, and strategic planning for improvement and innovation. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational and operational skills, capable of managing a fast-paced, high volume environment while maintaining exceptional service standards. They will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and staff to ensure the seamless execution of concessions operations for performances, special events, and private functions.
