About The Position

Aramark is currently seeking a Concessions Manager to support Wells Fargo Center, home of the NHL Philadelphia Flyers & NBA 76ers! The Concessions Manager is responsible for overseeing concessions stand operations to support all events at the arena. The salary range for this position is $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year, with potential additional flexibility, based on individual qualifications, education, and experience. This Salaried Full-Time position offers a wide array of comprehensive benefit programs and services. We designed our benefits to promote a culture of health and wellbeing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or at least 2 years of related experience in a management or supervisor role required
  • Previous experience in special events or high-volume food and beverage quick service operations required
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Must be comfortable working in a collaborative team dynamic
  • Complete Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required
  • Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs. and ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must have availability to work event-based hours including evening, weekend, and potentially holiday hours

  • Plan and lead daily team briefings
  • Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations
  • Identify client needs and communicate operational progress
  • Ensure the completion and maintenance of P&L statements
  • Deliver client and company financial targets
  • Adopt all Aramark processes and systems, understand performance metrics, data, order and inventory trends; educate teams on key levers to improve margins
  • Bring value through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management
  • Follow the Operational Excellence fundamentals by meeting and maintaining food and labor initiatives
  • Ensure entire team is trained and able to implement
  • Supervise team regarding production, quality and control
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers and employees
  • Follow all applicable policies, rules and regulations, including but not limited to those relating to safety, health, wage and hour
  • Plans, directs, and coordinates food service activities in order to deliver a finished product to the customer
