Requirements

Ability to effectively communicate with team members and prepare written stand reports after each event
Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally

Nice To Haves

Previous supervisory experience preferred
No college degree required

Responsibilities

Schedule interviews and hire concessions team members; conduct training sessions in line with company policies and procedures
Manage day-to-day operations of all concessions locations, under the guidance of the Concessions Manager
Assist with coordinating team members and non-profit organization groups to ensure effective collaboration and operational efficiency
Follow federal, state, and local regulations in relation to safety, hygiene, sanitation, alcohol, payroll, employment and EEO
Ensure the cash handling and inventory levels processes are effective
Prepare sales and operational reports as required
