THE ROLE This role supports Concessions food and beverage service by ensuring accurate, timely delivery of orders while maintaining food quality, safety, and presentation. The position requires strong teamwork, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and the physical ability to transport items throughout guest seating areas, including stairs.
Requirements
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.
- Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, alcohol service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting.
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 25-40 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds and carry trays full of up to 10 beverages and food, while negotiating walking guests and cheering crowds, stairs to get to the rows, and around seating.
- Ability to work all seasonal events, including: nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including: constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time. Must be able to move up and down the stairs into the stands, and must be able to move between guest seating areas, and up and down stairs for each delivery.
- Must have two (2) to three (3) years working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of orders and verify items match guest tickets
- Maintain food temperature and presentation during transport
- Navigate aisles and stairs safely and efficiently while carrying trays or baskets
- Assist in running additional items such as condiments, utensils, or napkins
- Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain the cleanliness of service areas
- Support other service tasks during downtime
- Perform other duties as assigned
