Concessions (F&B) Supervisor
About The Position
Join the vibrant team at Anakeesta as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, where you’ll help lead operations across our various dining and concession venues. In this role, you’ll support daily operations, guide team members, and ensure our guests enjoy exceptional service in a clean, fun, and welcoming environment. Anakeesta is an award-winning outdoor adventure park located in the heart of the Smoky Mountains in Gatlinburg, TN. We create magical experiences through adventure, dining, shopping, and relaxation. Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a lead, supervisor, or manager role
- Strong leadership skills in fast-paced environments
- Excellent guest service and communication abilities
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or move for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Responsibilities
- Assign tasks, delegate duties, and support team execution
- Train and mentor new team members
- Monitor labor costs and assist with staffing needs
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across all dining areas
- Foster a positive, guest-focused atmosphere
- Follow all safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor food temperatures and compliance with Health & Safety guidelines
- Assist in various roles throughout the restaurants as needed
- Represent Anakeesta values with honesty and integrity
